MBSR PROGRAM

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the most scientifically tested and well-established mindfulness training program. Created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the UMASS Medical Center in 1979. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction aims to address the unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviours thought to increase stress and undermine your health.
To benefit fully from the MBSR programme it really helps if you make a commitment to attend each class and the retreat practice day.

Very restful and relaxing to mind & body. Much improved mental focus, less fuzzy, better sleep patterns. I am more grounded in day to day and more aware. More enjoyment of daily life. More appreciation of others efforts. I’m more tolerant/polite/accommodating especially driving. I have more mental energy. I generally feel calmer in frenetic situations. This requires discipline, ongoing re-iteration and practice.
